Meditation & Yoga Philosophy 7:00-8:30pm - for current students ONLY
January 28, 2018 –
This is a weekly class that provides continuing meditation students a regular time to meditate with others and a deeper inquiry into the eternal knowledge of yoga philosophy. Knowledge is crucial for understanding who we are, navigating our way through life amidst stresses and continuous change (and ultimately death), and finding deep and lasting fulfillment right here and now. When we are living our lives from knowledge, we become free from anxiety and self-absorption, and we can then experience the unconditional love we are craving.
First-timers: Please attend one of our other meditation classes first before coming to this class. We recommend our weekly Meditation Practice (Thursdays 7pm) or our semi-monthly Meditation Instruction class (second Tuesday, 7pm, or last Sunday, 2pm).
The third Sunday of the month, we feature a special lecture topic, and that day this class is open to everyone, new and continuing students.
Location: Haven House (11200 Powder Mill Trail, 78750)
Cost: No charge. Suggested donation: $5 (to help us cover our costs)
Bring: An open heart!
RSVP is appreciated - by email, text, or phone.
