Deep Peace Meditation @ Milwood Branch Library 7:00-8:00pm

Experience the deeply calming effects of Yoga Meditation. No need to bring anything. Dress comfortably. Seating is provided (the library has regular chairs, and you can sit on the floor if you prefer).
Yoga Meditation is simple, effective, and enjoyable. It helps to calm the mind relax the body, and allow us to be more steady no matter what is happening in our lives. There will be an opportunity after the class for questions about anything related to meditation, such as managing stress, dealing with anxiety, establishing a daily meditation practice, and so on.
