Deep Peace Meditation 7:00-8:30pm

Experience the deeply calming effects of Yoga Meditation. No need to bring anything. Dress comfortably. Seating is provided (floor chairs and sofas). Refreshments will also be provided.
Yoga Meditation is simple, effective, and enjoyable. It helps to calm the mind, relax the body, and allow us to be more steady no matter what is happening in our lives. There will an opportunity after the class for questions about anything related to meditation, managing stress, dealing with anxiety, and so on. We also have other classes with more detailed instruction on starting a regular daily meditation practice at home and learning more about yoga philosophy.
There is never a charge for any of our meditation classes. Donations are gratefully accepted.
