Yoga Exercise Class Schedule

Mondays Fridays TBD * Every other
Adults 12:00-1:30pm 6:30-8:00pm
Teens (ages 10-17)** TBD
Children (ages 4-9) 1:00-2:00pm

*An email is sent out every month confirming the dates for these classes for that month.

**Teens are also welcome to attend either the children's class or the adult class, depending on their age and preference. A teen class can be started anytime with at least two students.

REGISTRATION: Before your first class, please CALL or EMAIL no later than the day before the class you want to attend. Please include your phone number. We will call or email you back to confirm.

WHAT TO BRING: A mat; a thick towel, blanket, or rug; and water.

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Wear layers when it's cold so that you can adjust your clothing as you warm up and cool down. Please refrain from wearing perfume and other fragrances.

ONGOING CLASS ATTENDANCE: Yoga is most effective when practiced regularly. Come as often as you like. If you come regularly, please call or email when you can't come. If you don't come regularly, please call or email when you do plan to come.

COST: $10 per class. (Sibling discount available for children and teens.) We accept cash or checks (made out to Yoga Meditation Group). Pay as you go or pay ahead, whatever is easier for you.

LOCATION: Yoga Exercise classes are currently being held at the Austin Belly Dance studio at 183 & Spicewood Springs Rd. (in the Big Lots shopping center, on the opposite end from Big Lots, next to Cupprimo). We may move to a different location in the same area in the near future, but we will notify our students in plenty of time if we do.
