Welcome! Our center is located in NW Austin (13740 Research Blvd., Bldg T, Unit 3, Austin 78750), and we also hold classes in other locations in the Austin area. 

NOTE:  We do not require masks in our classes. We believe it is important to be able to breathe freely while practicing yoga meditation, asana, and relaxation. If you are not comfortable with this, we have audio classes you can practice with on your own (please ask).

The Yoga Meditation Group is a non-profit organization in Austin, Texas, dedicated to teaching yoga in all its aspects to all ages. Our classes are free or at low cost. Our teachers volunteer their time.

Yoga Meditation is a simple, enjoyable technique to calm and focus the mind and find fulfillment within.  Classes are available for all ages, and they are always free.   Click here for schedule and information.

Yoga Asana is one of the oldest and most complete forms of exercise for keeping the body fit, healthy, and functioning throughout life.  It has the added benefits of calming and focusing the mind, relaxing the body, and preparing one for meditation and spiritual inquiry.  Our classes are gentle and respectful to the body while also providing the challenge each student needs tailored to his or her condition and ability.  What you learn in these classes you can do the rest of your life.   Click here for schedule and information.

Yoga Diet & Lifestyle classes are given from time to time and can be requested as needed. They are designed to give you the information you need to change and improve your diet and other lifestyle habits to give you more control over your health and well-being. Following a yoga diet will also support your yoga asana and meditation practices. Click here for some guidelines to get you started. 

School Programs are available by request in Yoga Meditation, Yoga Asana, and Yoga Diet for all age groups (kindergarten through university).  We have taught a variety of classes for schools, including Yoga Asana and Relaxation, Meditation Practice and Philosophy, and Yoga for Peace.  Please inquire if you are interested or have any questions.
