Yoga Exercise Classes
These are gentle and effective classes for everyone, regardless of age, physical condition, or experience. They include breathing, alignment, balance, strengthening, toning, stretching, relaxation, and meditation.
ADULTS (and older teens): Mondays 11:00am-12:30pm and Fridays 6:30-8:00pm.
REGISTRATION: Before your first class, please CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL no later than the day before the class you want to attend. Please include your phone number. We will reply to confirm.
WHAT TO BRING: A mat; a thick towel, blanket, or rug; and water.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Wear layers when it’s cold so that you can adjust your clothing as you warm up and cool down. Please refrain from wearing perfume and other fragrances.
ONGOING CLASS ATTENDANCE: Yoga Exercise is most effective when practiced regularly. Come as often as you like. If you come regularly, please call or email when you can’t come. If you don’t come regularly, please call or email when you do plan to come.
COST: $15 per class; $55 for 4 classes; $100 for 8 classes (class series are good for 3 months). We accept cash or checks (made out to Yoga Meditation Group), and you can also pay by PayPal using our email address (please add a few dollars to cover the PayPal fees). Pay as you go or pay ahead, whatever is easier for you.
LOCATION: Yoga Exercise classes are held at the Austin Belly Dance studio at 183 & Spicewood Springs Rd. (8650 Spicewood Springs Rd, #104, 78759) in the Big Lots shopping center, on the opposite end from Big Lots, next to Cupprimo.

TEENS (ages 11-17): Teens can join the adult classes or children’s classes. Or a class can be started with at least two students.
