Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a timeless practice of guided deep relaxation. In this class, we do some gentle exercises to relax the body and then lie down for an extended relaxation. We begin and end the class with some simple meditation. This class meets monthly, usually the first Sunday of the month 5:00-6:00pm, and is open to adults and teens.

BRING a mat; a thick towel/blanket/rug to cushion the floor; and a blanket to cover you if you wish.

WEAR comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Wear layers when it’s cold so that you can adjust your clothing as needed. Please refrain from wearing perfume and other fragrances.

LOCATION:  Yoga Meditation Group, 13740 Research Blvd, Bldg T, Unit 3, Austin, 78750.  We are in the Lake Creek Office Park, first building on the right as you drive in from 183.

NOTE: We do not require masks. We believe it is important to be able to breathe freely while practicing meditation. If you are not comfortable with this, we have audio and video classes you can practice with (see below).
